Rule 192
Decision of Committee's scope of work
(1) The committee will only be allowed to discuss, study and monitor the matters related to the scope of work assigned to it. If there is a need to study and monitor, the prior approval of the speaker should be obtained.
(3) If a dispute arises regarding the scope of work of the committee, the decision of the speaker will be final.
